I lived in these cycles for decades. What changed my life wasn’t more willpower: it was learning to listen to my body, update the survival strategies behind my ambition, and build a life that fit me.
Now, it’s what I offer others.
I’m a Certified Hakomi Practitioner—a body-based, trauma-informed approach to somatic psychology that’s rooted in neurobiology and mindfulness. I also hold an ACC credential through the International Coaching Federation and bring years of certified, integrative coaching experience to this work.Â
I’m not a tough-love coach. I’m a loving-with-laser-precision coach. The work I do helps high-achievers stop burning out, and start coming home to themselves.
