My individual coaching program supports women and feminine-of-center folks who are on the edge of burnout to heal their bodies, reclaim their time, and build better relationships with themselves and others.
We’ll deep-dive into your patterns and uncover what’s blocking you so you can release and integrate it, reconnect with your needs and dreams, and create a more joyful, purposeful life using my Radical Self-Belonging® Method.

How I Work:
I trust that you already have all the wisdom you need: the answers to everything you seek are truly within.
As your guide, I’ll help you to get present and bring awareness to what’s holding you back, so we can create new possibilities together. We’ll use mindfulness and somatics (body awareness), among other coaching and spiritual tools, to address the challenges you're facing.
From the nervous system and trauma-informed approaches, to strategic exploration and accountability, to Buddhist principles and chakras—I bring a unique triad of training and experience in integrative life coaching, the Hakomi Method (mindful somatic psychology), and spiritual practices to support you. My work is bound by my deep passion for seeing you embody your full potential (because I already know it's huge).
I have tiered, class-equitable pricing that’s aligned with my values of fairness and community. My model is inspired by the Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning. Find which price suits you best:
- If you have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings
- If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life
- If your employer offers a stipend for coaching or personal development
- If you have economic privilege and power in the world
Then this price is for you.
Note: By choosing this price, you are “paying it forward” and contributing to a more equitable world by supporting access to coaching for those with less.
- If you’re paying off debt or working to build savings, but you also have access to steady income
- If you do NOT spend most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc.
- Making this investment might mean you might have to cut back on some discretionary spending (such as going out to dinner, buying a new outfit, or going on vacation), but the sacrifice is short-term, and will not harm you in the long term.
Then this price is for you.
Note: If you can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those resources before you use the sliding scale and limit opportunities for others.
- You have access to basic needs such as food, housing, and childcare, though sometimes it may feel difficult
- You are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt
- You are able to put away money each month to save up to be able to work together, but the middle tier price would mean you’d have to save for longer than 12 months
Then this price is for you.
Note: Even when the lower tier is still prohibitive, I will work with folks to offer extended payment plans if we're a good fit.
Please be mindful that if you choose a lower price when you can truthfully afford a higher price, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility.
You being honest about your financial situation helps me to grow a healthy and sustainable community, and respects my work.
I work with clients 2 or 4 times per month.
I also offer an initial single session for new clients.
