Executive Leadership Coaching (1:1)

A 6-to-12-month focused partnership with C-level executives, VPs, and executive directors.

This is a trusted space to work through challenges you can’t process with your team.

What’s included:
- Kickoff and goal-setting session (75 min)
- Ongoing coaching (2–4 sessions per month)
- CliftonStrengths or Enneagram assessment + session (60 min)
- Email or voice note support between sessions
- 360 interviews + check-ins (for org-sponsored engagements)

In our sessions, we:
– Work through real situations + experiences as they’re happening
– Get clear on what matters and what doesn’t
– Prepare for conversations that carry the most weight
– Map stakeholder dynamics so you can move with intention
– Build your capacity to function well under pressure

I’m an executive leadership coach with 20 years of experience inside fast-growing startups and mission-driven organizations in San Francisco. I’ve advised CEOs and senior leaders, built strategy and systems, and influenced decisions that impact hundreds of people.

Raised working-class, I learned early how to think outside dominant narratives and move between worlds. I saw how systems of power shape people’s lives—and how leadership often reinforces them, even when the intention is to change them.

I integrate strategy, systems thinking, and deep training in integrative coaching and somatic (body-based) psychology, because leadership isn’t just what you think. It’s how your body holds pressure, how you show up in the room, and how your presence shapes what happens next.

I work with women and femme leaders because too many are  exhausting themselves trying to prove their worth.

I help them build capacity, resilience, and inner power instead.
